Carpet Services Provided

When our IICRC certified technicians arrive at your home, they start with a pre-inspection to identify any problem areas.

Vacuum all carpets prior to cleaning using a commercial grade heavy-duty vacuum cleaner. This allows us to pick up 79% of the dry soils in carpet.

Heated pre-spray made by “Bridgepoint” is applied to all cleaning areas. This is used for the toughest cleaning situations and is an indispensable tool where heavy, difficult soils exist. It is a non-toxic, free rinsing cleaner especially designed for the suspension and removal of heavy soils, grease and dirt buildup.

The carpet is steam extracted with a sustained temperature of 235 degrees Fahrenheit using a ph-balancing fiber rinse, a “Bridgepoint” liquid carpet cleaning extraction emulsifier. This is an amazing liquid emulsifier that is very aggressive on all types of soils yet, safe for customer’s carpets. This type of cleaning technique helps with the drying time which is usually less than two hours.

Tile & Grout & Hard-Surface Cleaning System

You no longer have to get on your hands and knees to clean your dirty grout. We pre-spray all surfaces that will be cleaned. Our pre-spray dissolves embedded soil layers, soap, hard water scale, grease and that dreaded mold on all hard surfaces. We then clean and rinse the floors and walls removing all the dirt with our truck mounted vacuum system that carries it away to our large storage tanks. Hard-Surface Cleaning System We can repair damaged areas and nail holes, filling the areas so your older wood floors will look like new again. We then clean the floors using commercial floor machines, wood floor cleaner and scrubbing wood floor pads creating more surface area in the existing finish to promote bonding of wood finish.

Training
Our commercial cleaning personnel go through an intensive training period during which they master the cleaning techniques which will be utilized in their daily cleaning schedule.  WALKER’S requires all of our employees to consistently use the same exact cleaning procedures on every commercial building that we service.

Supervision
Other companies boast about on-site field supervision and profit motive staffing. Don't be fooled by their claims.  This typically means that the people who are cleaning your building are supervising themselves and we know that doesn't work. WALKER’S employs supervisors who are trained as supervisors for the sole purpose of ensuring consistency and the highest standards of cleanliness.

Inspection and Quality Control
WALKER’S will be restocking your building on a weekly basis. WALKER’S inspects for quality control on a regular basis to ensure that our cleaning personnel are producing the highest quality product. This will give you, the customer, the opportunity to foster an open two-way communication and invites on-going feedback from you.

Cleaning Schedules
All cleaning operations are performed after business hours.  You will be consulted as to the most convenient times and days for your cleaning. These times will be written in the contract so you will be aware of when cleaning personnel will be in your building and how many personnel will be there. WALKER’S also provides cleaning operations during business hours when requested.

Communications and Hours
WALKER’S office hours are from 9am -6pm, Monday - Friday.  After hours we have a recorder on and it is checked hourly until 9:30 pm.  We have a 24-hour emergency service phone number which can be provided to you upon request.  You will be provided with a daily logbook so you will be able to communicate regularly with your assigned crew. Your cleaning personnel and supervisor sign the logbook nightly when cleaning checks are made.

Insurance
WALKER'S personnel are insured with $1,000,000.00 liability coverage. In addition we carry a janitorial bond for your additional protection.
